HOW TO BURN ATARI JAGUAR CDI IMAGES WITH PADUS DISC JUGGLER 6 FREE DEMO

DiscJuggler 6 Demo version - free to download & use. Padus is no longer around. For a while they had a legacy site available where they explained DJ was discontinued in 2008 and would no longer be supported from 2010. Here is the latest available version of DiscJuggler.

When you have it, install & fire it up... you'll see the 10 second countdown screen...

Free, low recording speeds, up to 700 megabytes - sounds perfect!

So 10 seconds later, press OK!

That crude red arrow is handily pointing out where you should be clicking - New.

Pick 'Burn disc images' from the menu. You'll be presented with a new screen:

Red arrow suggests we click 'Source' - seems like good advice. Choose the .CDI image you creted with ULS or downloaded.

We need to alter some settings now. Advanced isn't quite as scary as it first sounds - you'll be fine.

The red circles show us some check boxes to flip. We don't need to add a post-gap, so uncheck that. Ohh baby we like it RAW, so check that box. This is what you should see now:

We're almost set to go. Although this demo only records at the lowest speed possible, just slide it down to SLOWER - all the way. Then you're set to go, so pop in a CD-R your flakey JagCD will give you the least hassle with (even the best CD-Rs will fail from time to time on even the most reliable JagCDs... patience is required).

It's time to start... so hit 'Start'!

Yes, we would like to continue...

BAM! Just over a minute later we have a freshly burned CD. Hopefully the JagCD won't say (?) when you pop it in - good luck! If you have lots of problems booting your burned discs, try Jagtopia or a boot cart from B&C.
